GT6 has better physics and looks slightly better. Also, GT5's online was shut down about a month or so ago, so you can't even get the DLC cars and tracks (GT5 XL might have most of them). I never played GT5 in 3D, but I did play GT6 in 3D. It's cool, but you wouldn't want to actually race like that.
