Will the Elder Scrolls VI manage to look better than Skyrim with mods?

Thats why PC games has a thing called the options menu where you can change the graphics level to low, medium, high or advanced to match the needs of your pc...

OP: Probably not but hopefully the world will be amazing to make up for it! Its like how GTA IV mods at the highest settings looks so mind blowing that GTA V still cant match even with the next gen upgrade but GTA V is still a better game imo

No. They wouldn't even be able to scale down far enough if they put the graphical fidelity that high up. They would essentially have to make a separate game. Not to mention the amount of time and money that would be needed to get it to the level of having the game run all or even most of the graphical mods that dozens upon dozens of individuals and teams created over the years. You're no looking at the entire picture here.
