Battlefield 4 is still broken!!

Man, it's bad on my side. i shot a RPG....the thing stoped in mid air for a good 3 seconds!!!!

Ive  never experienced anything like that though. I usually have 1 hour sessions which arent too long so maybe I miss all of the good stuff. (PC ver)
