What about the Vita then?

http://www.playstationlifestyle.net/2014/06/30/shuhei-we-still-have-first-party-ps-vita-games-a-coming/

From Yoshida:

"The question I was asked was, ‘going forward, [will] the number of first party will be smaller?’, and I said ‘yes, number of projects will be smaller.’ I never said ‘we won’t make any games on PS Vita’."

So what upcoming first party games are coming to the Vita?

I'm not particularly up to date with the Vita's list of announced games, but Freedom Wars, Gravity Rush 2 and Soul Sacrifice Delta are a few "AAA" handheld titles Sony are currently/have been working on for the Vita. Pretty sure Freedom Wars released in Japan last week (with a surprisingly big opening, almost 200k).

Any of those confirmed for western releases?

You know.. You could always just click on the link and it would of answered your question..

We’re continuing to make games on PS Vita… we just launched a game called Freedom Wars in Japan, it’s a big title dedicated to PS Vita, and it’s received very well in Japan – we’ll bring that to Europe and US as well. And we’re making that JRPG, a very, very beautiful JRPG called Oreshika as well. And games made in Europe –Murasaki Baby is a dedicated PS Vita title that got many awards at E3.

And we’re continuing to make cross-platform games like Helldiversor CounterSpy. Many, many games we have in development for PS Vita from first-party as well.”

..

Over on Twitter, Shuhei listed a few more first-party games coming to PS Vita by saying, “Freedom WarsEntwined, Murasaki Baby, Oreshika, Helldivers, Hohokum, Counter Spy, Fat Princess, and BigFest are all first-party titles.”

As for western release dates.. You'll just have to wait for announcements.  Pretty sure the majority of those will make it to NA.

Man.. I hate it when your girl has to leave my place to come back to you..
