WTF is this Sonic game?

It's video game avatars and loli basketball players duking it out in front of a Sonic stage.

Game is published by Sega.

Would this be something like Sega's Smash Bros? just realized the Sword Art Online Characters! *-*

This game plays more like Guilty Gear, Persona 4 Arena, BlazBlu than anything else. I've had my eye on this game for a quite a few months now. LOL
