Fred touching the ball ten times in 90 minutes shouldn't induce fear. If Fred got injured, you would have a reason to fear Brazil more. Neymar scored several times and had assists on top of that, he isn't easy to replace. People may say that Neymar didn't play well the last two games, but at the same time it's also true that Brazil only scored on corner and free kicks in those two games. A properly organized defense shouldn't have too much trouble. |
Brazil has overall class in their team and are able to beat any other team even without Neymar. This applies to Germany as well but they are unstable as fuck and you can count on Löw to have the stupidest ideas for tactics and being too stubborn to change any of those before it becomes too late(which is what cost us the previous cups).
Also the Brazilians are now double as motivated because Neymar's injury is just that severe. Even if Germany wins this they'll probably leave the field with a few broken bones of their own.
