GTA has never been exclusive. It might have been timed exclusive, but there has been a PC version of every single GTA title. Timed exclusivity was bought (or a superior versions better suited to more powerful systems was later released), but other than the PSP ones, I can't think of any GTA titles that are exclusive to a single manufacturer.
RIP Dad 25/11/51 - 13/12/13. You will be missed but never forgotten.
