Despite the fact Nintendo has a bigger following in japan it doesn't amount to much since the owners usually don't buy a lot of third party games plus if they really wanted it they would get it on the PS4 seeing as how it'll be available on that platform for a long time while being the definitive console version so that will limit it's potential lifetime sales in the end on the WII U.
