No. And I find that really sad.
I don't find them necessary, nor cool, just sad. When I go back and play Super Metroid, or Civilization III, (that's a Nintendo game, and a PC game), it's because the game is bloody awesome, not to mark a virtual check-list and feel special.
But, evidently there is a lot of people that want to feel special, Nintendo should've added something to address those gamers.
