Yea I think there's a trio, Titanfall/MK8/Watch Dogs.

I think MK8 lived up to/exceeded everyone's expectations. Overhyped requires the game to be below everyone's expectations.

Didn't exceed my expectations either. It's a fantastic game and I'll have fun with it for years to come but without some additions to battle mode, additions to the character roster that aren't koopalings/babies, maybe the addition of missions/challenges a la MK DS, the tournaments in MK Wii, or the missions in Smash Bros. (...I like that stuff, more content and diversity), and maybe a new racing mode of some sort it will remain below my expectations.

Yes thank you.  A real career mode might be something too.
