I would say you followed quite well. You just disagree with my thoughts. I think that the XB1 has had more AAA games so far. Will that be true 6-9 months from now? Probably not, as release schedules will even things out over time and eventually(based on past performance) the PS4 will have a good deal more.
Minecraft is quite a phenomenon. I will say, it plays a lot like a F2P game. The creators of it have really made out like bandits. They too have enjoyed the bonus of coming to the 360 when M$ wasn't releasing any content. For a lack of something else to play, the game gained quite a bit of noteriety. Now, they have a strong brand and have it available everywhere.
As far as the gap goes, it makes sense either way with the install base + a general hunger for new games on these next gen systems.

On the subject of "AAA", I ask, what is the tally between the two for high budget games? I'm talking completely exclusive, so games like Titanfall (and now) Dead Rising 3 don't apply.
From where I'm sitting, things are fairly even -
PS4 Killzone: Shadowfall inFAMOUS: Second Son Knack
Xbox One Forza Motorsport 5 Ryse: Son of Rome Killer Instinct
Both systems look a little light on the AAA exclusive side of things, hence why I don't get those comments about "starved" PS4 fans.

See, you type faster than me, and I am at work.
But, not including Titanfall and DR3 and PVZ seems kind of convenient. Sure, DR3 and Titanfall are exclusive, but they were exclusive to the M$ universe. PVZ being available to the PS4 now kind of matches my point about how time evens things out...
