I don't know what this "bubble thing" is because I've been warned not to go to N4G, but I assume you want something to ignore users?

On N4G, you can "bubble up" or "bubble down" users. The amount of comments a user has is the amount of times they are allowed to make a comment per topic. True_Fan on N4G is considered one of the biggest anti-Sony trolls - consequently he is only allowed a single post per topic (which is the minimum).

If it is him then we are in for a lot of frustration (and I do think it is him).
