I don't think there is such a thing as "anti match fixing systems". It's impossible to prevent and only hard to spot. No way to know until it has alrady happened.
It's not like FIFA could stop players who are deliberately losing a game. The only thing they can do is investigate and punish those responsible.

of course there is... its called betting patterns.
If prior to a game there is a ton of money suddenly placed on a team conceding 4 goals and getting a red card then thats evidence.

So what would your plan of mitigation in this case be? Canceling the game on the basis of a crime that hasn't happened yet?
