I'm going to get a PS TV and as soon as ECFW game becomes available, I'm going to download it and have access to all my PSP and PSX games. ECFW is emulated custom firmware. The Vita hasn't been downgraded, but through the PSP emulator and certain games, you can atleast use it like a CFW PSP.
