@2. A company has what? Representatives/spokesmen. What do they do? They represent the company./speak in the name of the company.
@3. yes but you can convince people without being a dumb child cant you? Say "look this is what I can do" not "look this is what I can do better than some specific other company".
If someone wants to praise oneself one just compares oneself to other people if one 100% knows that whatever one achieved is irrelevant/unimportant on its own. And if one did something important and still compares oneself to others , one is simply arrogant and acts like a child "look at me I am better!" Thats basic psychology.
