A lot of your points, like price-to-performance and userbility, are off.
A PC easily offers the best price-to-performance at middle to end of a generation. A $1000 PC can be your home PC ($350 value), along with a videogame machine. It will be able to play games to the max when the consoles are starting to show their age. Take Skyrim, for example. The console version was good at best, but the PC version was spectacular with mods. Also, no need to pay for online, which saves $50-60 a year, and games are MUCH cheaper overall.
Userbility, consoles>PC>streaming. With streaming, you have to worry about upgrading the firmware of the base hardware, along with holding a steady internet connection. When your internet is down, under maintenance, etc., you are out of luck. Plus, your point about streaming in terms of price is off, too. Streaming is currently more expensive, if PS Now is any indication.
