I can understand the angle. They're pulling a Nintendo in a way, trying to get in on a somewhat untapped part of the market. Nintendo zoned in on non-gamers, and now Microsoft is zoning in on the gamers from the last two generations that have grown up and have adult lives now. I'm not sure how smart it is focusing on a demographic that just plain isn't going to spend as much on games (Nintendo's strategy made money, but wasn't sustainable), but I get what they're trying.
