Well if Game Bakers are now writing Nintendos Store code we might actually see some new features, sadly i think they is still Nintendo.

Yes and its the EShop side thats fucked up. Game Bakers wanted there game cross buy in all regions and on both consoles, there the ones pushing cross buy not Nintendo. Nintendo are the ones that failed to deliver on there wish for America and on DS. 

Nothing has changed here at Nintendo towers with this release. A 3rd party Dev tried, Nintendo couldnt deliver.
