COD 4 and any other FPS game works easiest on PC where aiming by using the mouse and keyboard is so much more accurate than the controller on any console. However minimum specs to run COD 4 are quite high AMD Athlon 64 2800 + or higher, 6600Gt Nvidia Geforce graphics card or higher, minimum of 1GB memory.
