Your response is kind of a contradiction to be honest.  You say that you understand that Japanese people would rather have a Japanese console but then say there's no compelling reason to buy multi-plats on PS4 over Xbox One.

The fact that the PS4 is Japanese is the compelling reason.  What more need be said?

It is not a contradiction. There is a reason to buy multiplatforms on PS4 over XOne. But that reason is not compelling.
