First half was Mexico's, but second half was certainly Dutch. Overall it was actually level. Penalty at the end was definitely a penalty, he stepped on his foot. No dive. It was more of a penalty now than Greece's was anyway.

I will say we were however lucky enough the ref actually gave it.
