It's also a different TOD so it's difficult to compare

look at the ground textures. the texture for the ground in e3 2013 look more detailed then the current E3 build. Secondly look at the hourse ,, the E3 looks mroe detailed and looks more ealistic then the E3 2104 build. Look at the horse behind in the E3 2014 version. it loks jagged . Secondly the wall textures. you can tell that 2014 version looks lower.  Same goes with grass and tree textures. Also in the 2104 theres pop up which was not there in 2013 version.
