Yes it is, but contradictory arguments are used in these articles all the time. Based on my experience, all of these are untrue or nonissues. Based on my time with my PS4, and my friend's xbox one. The ps4 does almost everything more reliably, except for the snap feature, which is useless if you have a smartphone, tablet, or PC.
