I agree, extra time favours Brazil. Chile doesn't have vidal and they look more tired.
A pity, because honestly, Chili looks like they are going to have better chances against German or Netherlands or Argentina. Brazil has great players, but their strategy is terrible. What is that middle...? Chile was doing long distance passes all around on the second half.
