It's yet another piece of the system that's behind a paywall, but you can do the same for the Xbox One as well. There's no share button, but if you have a Kinect enabled Xbox One, you can say "Xbox Save/Grab/Something That" and it'll record the last 20 seconds of footage. That's what they said in their conference. Not sure if it actually works with the system. I don't own one.
