4 years ago European teams had never won the cup outside of Europe. That changed, so why can't this?

Maybe because there has only been 2 cups outside of Europe and The Americas?

Brazil's record at home is just to good, they are the clear favorites to win this.

And I really doubt the likes of Mertesacker and Howedes will stop Neymar and co lol (see ghana game)

However Holland does have a good chance of making the final if they beat Mexico.

Argentina is still not convincing at the back.
