I actually highlights a trend that's running through the media (particularly American) at the moment. Everything that was a negative last gen has now become either irrelevent or a possitive for an American company.

Maybe because they are fixing all their mistakes and adding features only 6months into the console's life?

Americans like to give people/companies a second chance and root for the underdog. Especially when the underdog has come out and publicily apoligized and are proving it too.
