Yeah, that's a load of bullshit. I love my 360, in fact it's my favorite console of the seventh generation, but the RRoD is not the owner's fault. I had mine completely ventilated with additional fans and it still red ringed on me. The build quality on the first two years of units were, as politely as I can put it, complete and utter shit.
