My very first assumption was that it was a GB reference, but then thought maybe he was just giggling at 'crossing streams' as in two people pissing (which is why I went with "It's the same guy taking a piss in two different places")
But now that I see Ludicrous Speed is actually J_Allard, who iirc used to have an avatar of an old tv show or movie character...and his new name is a spaceballs reference, I could imagine that it was indeed a ghostbusters reference. But without confirmation, this will just have to remain another conspiracy theory.
