Ah did you buy the laptop for gaming or other things( portible). I'm guessing you wanted it powerful by buying an xps. If you guys bought the laptop for gaming that was a mistake. Another mistake is that you bought a brand name computer. I usually make my own , or if you can't do that pay , an extra 100 for a custom. It's cheaper than brand names, and it is better. I started making my own so I could overclock, but then noticed the other benefits.
