It's not going great so far with just Jak 1 (on PS3 and Vita), Uncharted 1 and 2. I ve platinumed every Naughty Dog game. None of them are terribly difficult, though each new game does get marginally harder to platinum.
Uncharted 1 is the easiest, Uncharted 2 has essentially the same trophies, then Uncharted 3 is a tad more difficult, and bucks the trend of the same trophies (disapointingly there are less gold and silver trophies to be had as well). Then The Last of Us is the hardest, luckily the is (or at least was) an exploit that allowed to to play on the hardest difficulty plus mode (surviver, i think), without having to playing and complete it first. that helped out a lot, because i had a lot of upgrades and guns and stuff.
The Hardest game to Platinum is Bend's Uncharted Vita game, not only because the unfortunately hard trophy list but also due to inexplicable spikes in difficulty throughout the game, especially the final boss fight
