I'll add though, having exclusive DLC of anykind be it timed or permanent doesn't mean that the "game" is exclusive. Exclusive DLC only really affects people that have multiple consoles. I doubt anyone wanting to buy an XB1 for halo will get a PS4 instead because destiny on the PS4 has exclusive DLC.
