it depends. 3rd party exclusives are fine and all, but most would never be able to maximize/tap a console's potential power like a 1st party studio can. case in point.. Naughty Dogs. give me a 3rd party studio that could do what they did with the ps3 with uncharted and TLOUin graphics fidelity while mainting a good game and what they'll achieve on the ps4 by the time gen8 consoles end.. no disrespect to 3rd party devs, but there is an advantage to working on only one console, and the IPs will prove it.
