That's not true we have plenty of self-requested permabanned users who came back either as themselves (d21lewis, amp316, Seece) or as someone else (pezus -> ninsect, J_Allard -> LudicrousSpeed, padib -> happydolphin -> padib) .

My guide is unquestionable, everything written in it is undeniable fact.
