Each character has a theme but you can use any character's theme in a concert. (so 4 songs on your first play through). There are also unlickables though. So I'm sure the roster overall is bigger. I've just started a second play through with a different character as your stuff from the first play carries over. I think many reviews think the first time you hit the credits it's all done but it's clearly designed to play through with each character as you carry your affection status across into the next play through so you can max all the relationships.
