They never outlined how this would work to begin with, so im sceptical this will ever be what people are hoping it will. 3rd party publishers aren't going to agree to have unlimited lending of games to anyone on your friends list.

Gamers will have hundreds of online friends, no where near the same as real life friends that can borrow a disk.

For example steam is limited to 5 friends, and any game that requires a 3rd party key wont work, so im guessing that rules out all UPlay games.

Friend is not the same as family.  Since when has anyone mentioned the word friends or friends list?

Clearly if the defnition is "family" it will be limited to a number... probably 4 or 5.

and once again... you like physical and want to share, thats fine... "this isnt for you" should be the answer.

Yeah i expect it will be five like steam which is cool, but i also expect like steam most big publishers games wont work, so no Ubisoft games as they require uplay accounts, no EA games as they require Origin accounts, even GFWL games cant be shared on steam.

So as i say this is not going to work like people are imagining it will.
