Lol. One of the worst ideas I've heard so far.
Streaming is all about instant access and choice. Strictly limiting the customer like this is even more ridiculous than the original prices. Your idea would only benefit people who play A LOT.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
