The first flaw is, of course, downloadable games. They didn't have a fraction of the presence back then as now. Resogun, for example, is better than most of those first year PS3 exclusives. Not counting games like that is silly.
Secondly, and I'm always surprised at people who don't realize this, but quality games take time.
I will say it again, just because this is important: quality games take time.
Finally, staggering games over time is smart, especially when there are so many third-party games releasing, even if some people like to make lists of exclusives rather than of games they want to play.
Also, why can't you format worth a damn?
