A compressed 720p youtube video wont give you a good idea of the differences. Far Cry 2 and 3 were significantly enhanced ports on the PC. FC4 will cap out PC gamers at whatever the consoles can manage.

The biggest change I see is better anti alising on the PC version, everything else is minor imo.
