There are several employer reviews on Glassdoor that talk about the same things mentioned in the article. Some even foresaw Crytek's downfall. There isn't any denying or hiding this now. It's time for the owners to come clean. If Crytek wants to survive then thry need to change their ways, and fast.
Side note: It is very interesting how they got away with not paying their employees given this practice is VERY illegal in Germany.
