Is also 1 year older, what it does have is very little potential with no third parties supporting it, at the end of its life its entire game catalog might be the smallest in nintendo's history

But still the best because of Nintendo first party games ;)

If you are into fluffy, cute things and mario, very unlikely it will be "the best", they are varely catching up with new technologies, didnt you see how they announced the first ever open world 3d zelda? as if its a revolution, when open world 3d games are almost 15 years old. Would most people be really willing to give up on the Next Skyrim, Batman, Mass Effect, Red Dead, Dark Souls, etc, etc, for mario and the bunch?

Basically. As much as I enjoyed Wind Waker, I found both Dark Cloud 2 and Okami better designed and more polished, as well as better games. The same with Ico since they always compare those games to Zelda.
I put in over 100-150 hours in Skyrim.More than I have put in to all Nintendo games combined in my life lol. Zelda U will not e as polished as Bloodborne or The Wticher 3. So of course no WiiU game will be on the level od The Order, Uncharted 4, Halo 5 or even Fable Legends.

That seriously just hurt my brain.  I know the Witcher is a beautiful series, but it has some of the clunkiest controls and worst gameplay of any game I've ever played.  Outside of the realm of graphics, I will never understand the love it gets.  I could be wrong, but it sure seems that you're using 'polished' to mean better graphics.

Yup, sounds like it to me too. Skyrim may look pretty but for my money 'polish' is more like meaning Quality Assurance being top notch. You're MUCH less likely to have a Nintendo developed title crashing or having other serious issues with bugs compared to any other game whether it's third party or first party from one of the other platform holders.

I crashed Uncharted 2 three times, The Last Of Us once and with that title also had an amusing bug where the two NPC characters weren't drawn after a checkpoint lololol. Was annoying because I couldn't give them a leg up to continue to the next part of the game so had to quit and restart from that last checkpoint again.

Anyone claiming that Nintendo games don't have more polish than the vast majority of other games needs to take those fanboy goggles off tbh.
