Crytek has always seem poorly run to me. Beautiful games but lacking in inspiration, and they expanded very quickly.
As I said in the other thread, I'd love to see Nintendo buy from them C-UK to make a shooter franchise and C-Austin and merge it with Retro to make adventure games. Give Crytek the money it needs to keep doing things. Hunt would make a fine fall Wii U release and the former Free Radical could eventually give it the Goldeneye 64 successor it needs.
A free-to-play business model seems like a poor decision though, and reeks of a desperate company.
