You're a bit late to the party :p Anyway, full HD remakes of N64 games would be terrible fillers for the WiiU, they'd require too much effort to make.
This isn't like WWHD where they can just sharpen the textures a bit and upgrade the lighting (which shows how well the original aged), a remake of N64 games at that quality would require every asset to be remade. Brand new models, textures, animations, lighting, the whole shebang. Their resources would be put to better use making brand new games.
I wouldn't mind a couple, but a continuous stream of them would be bleh. The WiiU is the WiiU, not the N64 #2.
