The 42K and 43K for Ps4 and Xbox one in US make it almost impossible to be the exact numbers. Someone on VGC went like 'Xbox one probably sold more in US this week but by how much we don't know so make it very close to PS4' When more information is released this numbers will be possible get updated down or up...
