No. EA rushes the development time of games,  which affects gameplay (more important and a much bigger issue), steamlines the gameplay and simplifies it so they can meet their sales quotas. Ubisoft is bringing parity to the performance of PC and Current gen versions of the game. There is a big difference. One is a trivial issue and the other is not.

Which translates to gimping PC version. Or are you seriously suggesting here that 7850 level GPU can actually compete with high-end PC rigs?
