Ubisoft: Far Cry 4 to look the same on consoles as PC Ultra

AAA development costs are crippling on ps4 and xbox already. anyone who thinks any developer is going to give PC even more time and effort than the console version is kidding themselves. developers can't afford it and too many PC gamers don't pay for their games anyways.
