From what i know the US government reduced the US military involvement in Iraq but increased funding for mercenary groups like Blackwater.US Military troops being redeployed to Iraq is highly unlikely but i think we will see more US Govt paid mercenaries (Blackwater or Arab militias funded by the USA), more drones and more air strikes.
