Sony must make quite a bit of money from Naughty Dog's game. At $20 million they'd only need to sell 600k copies at $60 to break even (lower than standard since they get both the publisher and platform royalty parts of the pie). Even less when considering digital sales (for which they'd get near the full $60). UC3/TLOU likely cost more, and there is also marketing to consider, but still. Not too shabby.
