I would say Bethesda, but I just simply don't buy their games now, so I can just ignore what they do. I can't however ignore MS. Out of all of the companies, they've introduced the most negative aspects of gaming in the last 10 years, and I honestly don't even think they really care much for the medium other than as a means to make money.
