You underestimate how developers will go out of their way to targeting minimum specs. Many people with a R7 240 will be able to get by. Sure it may be sub hd and what not but they'll still get through so if anything you would drop your worthless agument on piracy being the problem when it's very clear that these poorer countries will find a way. 

If you can afford a rig that could play Crysis, you can afford to buy games.

And poverty is not a license to steal.

Again, from personal experience I can tell you that most people who pirate are collage students, with a $500 PC that they use for their studies or work, and play pirated games on medium settings at best. You don't need a $1500+ PC to play ALL games, and in all honesty many don't give a fuck.
